About the Role

Paradigm Shift AI is an AI company that focuses solely on producing and creating new AI models based on data collected and AI modeling.

We are looking to hire multiple remote associates to perform simple computer-based tasks that will help us gather data for AI. No previous experience or technical background is required though you need to understand English proficiently to be able to complete the tasks. This is an ideal role for anyone seeking flexible, remote work opportunities that they can complete on their own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  Follow Instructions to Complete Computer Tasks: You will be given a series of straightforward tasks to complete on your computer, such as navigating to a website, filling out a form, clicking certain buttons, copying text, etc. For each task, you will need to record your screen and mouse/keyboard inputs.

  Quality Assurance: Pay attention to detail and follow the guidelines for each task. If a task doesn't go as planned or error, document it in order to improve. We rely on accurate and high-quality data, so attention to detail and following instructions are essential.

  Maintain Confidentiality: If applicable. You may be given access to pre-release features or data and must keep these confidential. You must agree to keep all data and tasks strictly confidential.

  Meet Task Targets: Complete assigned tasks within the specified timeframes. We'll set you up to complete a certain number of tasks.

Qualifications

  Basic Computer Literacy: You should be comfortable using a computer and the internet. Typing, browsing/navigating websites or applications, etc.
• •
  English Reading Skills: The instructions and tasks will be in English, so you need to be able to understand written English instructions.
• •
  Attention to Detail: The tasks will have specific steps to follow, so you need to pay attention to the details precisely. You must be detail-oriented and thorough when completing tasks.

  Reliability: Able to work independently and manage your time. Since this is remote, you need to be responsible for completing the required number of tasks on time.
• •
  Technical Setup: You must have access to a computer (desktop or laptop) with a reliable internet connection. Tasks cannot be completed on a smartphone.

Nice to Have (but NOT required)

• Prior experience with micro-task platforms or data entry jobs
• Any background in testing software or doing repetitive computer work
• Flexible availability (the more hours you can put in, the more tasks we can assign)

Compensation Details

  Pay Structure: You can expect to earn a batch of tasks that need to be completed. Each batch is straightforward and usually takes a few minutes.
• •
  Payment Schedule: Payments are made monthly, but if tasks have been through our platform, you'll have an account where you can see how many tasks are completed. Typically, if you complete many tasks in a week, we would give an extra bonus!
• •
  Flexible Schedule: There is no fixed schedule - as long as you meet the minimum number of tasks, you can spread the work out as you wish. This is perfect to fit around other commitments or make extra income.
